In February 2020 Peter was elected as County Councillor for Whittlesford, Duxford, Foxton, Fowlmere, Shepreth, Hinxton, Ickleton, Pampisford, Thriplow & Heathfield, Chishills & Heydon.
Peter is also Chairman of Highways & Transport Committee.
