Consultation on proposed ticket office changes

Greater Anglia, along with most other train operators, is proposing changes to the way tickets are sold and customer service is provided at stations.

The ticket office at Whittlesford Parkway has been earmarked for closure.

A Public Consultation process is now taking place and runs until 26th July 2023.

The Parish Council will make a submission to the consultation on closures.
