By Bus : Whittlesford is currently looking to find a new bus operator who is both willing and able to provide a service to meet the needs of our parishioners.
The 7A bus currently operated by Whippet Coaches will end its contract on the 2nd September 2017. Concerns are growing as to whether we can find a replacement operator even if it's for a short period until Cambridgeshire County Council put this out for tender, which is due to begin in March 2018.
Parishioners met with County Councillor Peter Topping to discuss options available and it gave the village an opportunity to express their requirements, and for many older people the need to remain independent.
We hope to bring you more news on this very soon !
